Presidential spokesperson of the President, Garba Shehu, has denied reports of the arrest of "Alhaji Yola" by Nigeria’s security agents as ordered by the president.
He said
“its definitely not true, there’s no iota of truth on this report there is no basis for the president to do that.”
Alhaji Yola is the presidents brother-in-law alleged to have extorted money from an unnamed businessman.
He was said to have extorted from the businessman the sum of N300million, promising to help secure an oil-bloc for him.
