A few days ago it was reported that the brother in law of President Buhari – Alhaji Musa Yola had been arrested on the orders of the President for charging an unnamed businessman N300M to secure an oil block.
Yola who is the younger brother of Mrs. Aisha Buhari denied the story and the arrest, a claim which was backed up by the presidency via President Buhari’s spokesman Garba Shehu who called the report untrue.
Now word reaching us reveals that Musa Yola through his lawyers is demanding Sahara Reporters retract the story and issue an apology over what they state is a false story.
Sahara Reporters published the story as an exclusive on June 28. A letter from his lawyers, Mabvocate Law House based in the FCT, has been leaked – see it above and it’s conclusion after the break.
