How To Publish a Blogger Post With A Mobile Cell phone

Normally mobile/cell phone is used for making calls ,  But now with the help of TECHNOLOGY a mobile/cell phone has now transformed into a powerful gadget that has become a necessity for everyone,

And did you know that you can now blog with your mobile phone?

YES!!! you can, Blogging with your mobile phone is very easy, that you don’t even need an expensive smartphone to perform this,

Any mobile/cell phone with data connection with SMS can be used for this action,

HOW TO;

1) Registration Of Mobile Cell phone or devices:

Yes you need to register your Mobile Cell phone or devices with blog  Before you can start blogging with your mobile phone ,

You can register your mobile cell phone with blogger by just texting an SMS or MSM word REGISTER to 256447 (BLOGGR)

Example:  REGISTER TO 256447

Very simple as ABC 

OR

Use your mobile cell phone with to send an email containing REGISTER to go@blogger.com (don’t worry you can use REGISTER as the subject.)

This will create a new mobile blog for you. And I a few minutes You will get a reply message (SMS or email) containing your new blog name and a claim token(claim token is the verification code sent to your phone or email). Save this token as it is needed for the set-up the next step is to verify your mobile phone.

2) Next Step is to Verify your claim token

Now to verify your mobile cell phone is simple but I will advise you to get a computer or goto a nearest  cybercafé to do this step, after you are with a pc just visit  http://www.go.blogger.com and sign from the option given at the right hand side,

Enter your claim token (Remember Your claim token is the verification code sent/reply to your device)

Alongside fill in the captcha to the box,  after that your mobile blog will be veriified.

Mobile Blog Configuration:

Your mobile device should now be set up to publish posts to your new mobile blog,  You can customize this blog visually by logging on through a computer. However, this new mobile blog will have a new blog address. 

If you'd rather that your mobile posts are published to an existing blog, you can select the option once you verify your claim token. 

If you emailed using an address already associated with a Blogger account, you will see a list of all the blogs that you manage. If you used a different email address, then you can go into your mobile blog and modify the “Mobile Devices” setup displayed on your Blogger Dashboard page. 

You can select any other blogs for your mobile posts to go to.

Creating a mobile blog post:

Publishing  a post through mobile is pretty simple. Simple send an SMS to BLOGGR (256447) with the post content. 

You can also send an MMS to the same number and format it just the way you want your post to be,

 including images and video clips. The limit for image files is (250KB). You can also send an email with subject and message body, which will become your post title and content respectively.
