Wale Gates apologizes over Oshiomhole tweet, deactivates his twitter account

Comedian Wale Gates has officially apologized over his offensive tweet about Edo state Governor, Adams Oshiomhole (see previous story here).

I understand the apology and I welcome it but why deactivate your twitter handle because of what mere mortals like yourself - who are not perfect either, who also make mistakes and have said things they should never have said - think of you, eh Wale?
