Login you wapka ad m in panel and goto "Edit Site" at the down down of your wapsite then click on "Global settings" then click on " HEAD tags (meta,style,...)" you will see a box just add the below code in site

after that click on ":: EDIT SITE (#) :" and goto "- Add autocontent" you will see something like

Set exception for autocontent of this site (ID: 0):
display top autocontent
display bottom autocontent

tick the two box beside
display top autocontent and display bottom autocontent

after that go back to "- Add autocontent" and click on "Top items (header)" first

after you do that just goto whtml and add this code below;
