Man Arrested For Filming An Accident Instead of Helping (Photos)

A man named Paul Pelton, 41 has been reportedly arrested by the
police to be charged for court over an uncivil and heartless action he
exhibited towards accident victims on Monday, 13th of July.

Paul allegedly witnessed a road crash incident in Lorain, Ohio, which
is about 30 miles from Cleveland and instead of extending a helping
hand to the victims who were mostly children, he pulled out his
cellphone and started recording the event while the victims battled
for their lives.

Accident scene
According to the police, he is now facing a misdemeanor charge of
vehicular tresspassing.

After a Honda sedan flew over railroad tracks and crashed into a house
Monday, Pelton filmed the aftermath on his cellphone's camera, the
Northeast Ohio Media Group reports.

According to a police report cited by the Northeast Ohio Media Group,
Pelton can be heard in the video referring to the boys trapped in the
car as "idiots."

"He opened a back door and leaned in to film the boys and then walked
around to the front door as he continued recording," the Media Group
reported. "At no time did he try to help either of the boys, the
report said."

The driver and the passenger were both 17. One died at an Ohio
hospital; the condition of the other victim wasn't immediately known,
according to the Media Group.

Paul Pelton later went as far as posting the video on his Facebook
page and also attempting to sell it to several Television station. He
claims he recorded it for the sole aiming of cautioning drivers
against overspeeding.
