”This is meant to be a bus-stop shelter at First Bank Junction (Between Airforce and Rumuomasi) in Port Harcourt but it has obviously been taken over by debris and trash ‘painstakingly collected’ over months by a popular lunatic in the area who feels his ‘dream home’ needed to be built in that part of town by all means.
“This same lunatic sets fires under the Air Force – Stadium Road flyover which is a hazard as fire could weaken concrete and cause it to fault and crack under its own weight. I wish the Rivers State government does something about it – and fast too””.
