Auchi poly post utme form 2015 is out. The Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi invites application from candidates who chose the institution as choice and scored 150 and above in the 2015 JAMB UTME for the 2015/2016 screening test.
→ Method of Application:
Interested candidates are to proceed to any of the following banks; Ecobank or Unity Bank in Auchi, Edo State and make a payment of N4,000.00 (Four thousand naira: N3,500 for the form and N500 for bank charges) only for the post-utme screening form and obtain the Post-JAMB Screenin Access Scratch Card.
Then visit http:// www.auchipoly-online.com/ jambregform2.html to fill the online form with the Access card PIN.
NOTE: To change your course of study, ensure that you meet the requirements of the new course.
Use the pin to access change of course form when prompted.
